Each piece you see on this site is handmade by Tracy or one of her awesome staff. We love custom orders and can often do a similar piece in different colors & lengths. Bulk & bridal discounts are also available. Shipping

Orders ship via USPS with 2-3 business days of placing your order. Feel free to contact us or visit the FAQ page if you have any questions about shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or cancellations.  Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.  Item must be returned to seller within 14 days of delivery.  Click here or more information.

(Note - engraved/personalized pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.)

 For international orders, please allow 7-21 business days to receive your order.  Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  We are not responsible for delays due to customs.  ATTN UK Customers - UK customs and VAT fees are extremely high.  We are not responsible for these fees.  Please visit this link for more information so you're aware of your tax & duty when importing goods from outside the UK.
