Materials

We use 14k gold filled chain or sterling silver chain for the necklaces, almost exclusively. For all other accessories, we use gold or silver-plated parts, unless noted otherwise.

14K gold-filled is a durable gold product affording the look of solid gold at a fraction of the cost. It is made by bonding a layer of 14K-gold to a base metal, usually brass, through heat and pressure. It is sturdier than gold plate—which has a thinner coating and can turn colors and chip off more easily—or vermeil, which can rub off through normal wear.

If you can wear gold, you can wear gold-filled without worries of an allergic reaction. All of our jewelry is nickel-free and hypoallergenic.

We are committed to using high quality chain, stones and materials.  While we try to take photographs that accurately represent our jewelry, please understand that every computer screen is different.  Please also appreciate the beauty of natural stones and that no two stones are alike

Shipping

The processing time (the time it takes to prepare an order for shipping) may vary based on the order.  Typically, most orders ship via USPS within 2-3 business days of placing your order.

Actual shipping/delivery timeline will depend on the shipping method you choose -

First Class Mail : 2-3 business days

First Class Package : 2-3 business days

Priority Mail : 1-3 business days

Priority Mail Express : 1-2 business days

(for domestic orders)

Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or cancellations due to the delicate nature of creating quality, handmade pieces.

Exchanges are gladly accepted within 7 days of delivery.  Item must be returned to seller within 14 days of delivery.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

Due to the nature of custom / personalized orders, they are not eligible for return or exchange. If they arrive damaged or defective, send us a message

International Orders

We are currently accepting international orders.

For international orders, please allow 7-21 business days to receive your order. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

UK customs and VAT fees are extremely high.  We are not responsible for these fees. Please visit the link below for more information so you're aware of your tax & duty when importing goods from outside the UK.
