Refund policy

We do not accept returns or cancellations due to the delicate nature of creating quality, handmade pieces.

Exchanges are gladly accepted when requested within 7 days of delivery. Once an exchange is approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition; if an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

*Custom/personalized orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
